Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 February 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the CSR Bridge platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

Companies must be incorporated in India and eligible under Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 to use CSR features. NGOs must hold valid 12A/80G registration (and FCRA where applicable) and provide bona-fide statutory documents. Chartered Accountants must hold a valid ICAI membership.

3. Role of the Platform

CSR Bridge is a discovery and trust-layer marketplace. We facilitate verified introductions, document review, payments and impact reporting between Companies, NGOs and CAs. We are not a fiduciary, regulator, or an implementation agency. All on-ground execution remains the responsibility of the partnering NGO.

4. Verification

Profile verification is performed by independent Chartered Accountants registered on the Platform. While we strive for diligence, verified status indicates reasonable scrutiny — not a guarantee of compliance, performance or outcomes.

5. Payments & disbursements

Pledges and disbursements are routed via Razorpay (or such other licensed gateway as may be configured) in compliance with applicable Indian payment regulations. Companies confirm that funds being disbursed are eligible CSR contributions under Schedule VII.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose, will not upload malicious or false documents, and will not impersonate any person or organisation. Violations may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.

7. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (impact updates, project descriptions, etc.) but grant CSR Bridge a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute and aggregate that content for platform purposes (e.g., marketplace listings, dashboards, ESG reports).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSR Bridge, its affiliates, employees and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CSR Bridge harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your interactions with other users.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app banners or email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable mandatory arbitration provisions.
