1. No financial or legal advice

Information presented on CSR Bridge — including Schedule VII categorisation, Section 135 mandate calculations, AI-generated project recommendations and ESG scoring — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Companies are urged to consult their qualified Chartered Accountant or counsel before acting.

2. Verification scope

"CA-verified" status indicates that an independent Chartered Accountant on our platform has reviewed an NGO's submitted statutory documents (12A/80G/FCRA, registration certificate, board records, financials). It does not certify the NGO's on-ground performance, future outcomes, or absence of fraud. Companies retain full responsibility for due diligence proportionate to their grant size.

3. Third-party content

Project descriptions, photographs, impact updates and sustainability metrics are submitted by NGOs and represent their views. CSR Bridge does not endorse and is not responsible for accuracy of NGO-submitted content. Self-reported metrics are clearly distinguished from CA-verified metrics in the user interface.

4. AI-assisted features

Certain features (project matching, impact-score recompute, Schedule VII classification) are AI-assisted (Claude / Gemini). Outputs may contain errors. Use them as a starting point and verify before acting on them.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay or another licensed gateway. CSR Bridge is not a deposit-taking entity. Transaction-level disputes follow the gateway's policies; CSR Bridge will assist in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. External links

Links to external websites (e.g., NGO websites, Companies Act PDFs, MCA portals) are provided for convenience. CSR Bridge is not responsible for content on external sites.

7. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Trademarks

All trademarks, logos and brand names are property of their respective owners. UN SDG icons are used under the United Nations branding guidelines for non-commercial educational use; the United Nations does not endorse this platform.
